The 3% Rule

This growth principle rule goes like this: increase pricing 3%, increase a communication variable (like closing ratio) 3% while decreasing advertising wastage 3% increases EBITADA over 10-15%.   Obviously the equation does not make sense. 3%+3%+3% does not equal 10 %.  So why 10% or greater?  Because the rule has a communication variable in the equation.  If a value moe included an efficient and  effective  communication variable both cash flow and the bottom line would be effected.  Thereby exponentially increasing  EBITADA.
