Growth Concepts recruits and finds people with the goal of having them work in the city they reside – usually from a virtual, home, or business office. We want our independent associates to work with pre-established business relationships. This allows our Associates to work with local businesses while enjoying the benefits of family and friends.
Basic requirements for the Interactive Marketing Consultant:
• Ability to calculate amounts for estimates such as discounts, margins, mark-ups, interest and advertising ROI (with CenterfigurE software)for local campaigns.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Minimum 1-3 year’s prior success with off-line marketing(B2B) with building a sales team.
• Must be able to demonstrate software and benefits.
• Local ad campaign management experience.
• Creative story boarding for animation and video production is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to move safely through and adapt to varied and unpredictable business environments while getting at marketing and sales concepts.
• Computer literacy including PC laptop with webcam.
• Mature, professional appearance.
• Little or no Travel.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible to assist potential customers with blending interactive adz with current local campaigns including: setting-up and demoing free displays with TWO-Way.

Compensation:
Your compensation is based on performance, with an escalating commission and bonuses keyed to a percentage of selected programs with an earning potential of $100K + at plan.
