We asked Wealthy Business Owners how they got there. Some of these Owners had five or six businesses. Here is what we found out: Wealthy Business Owners have three things in common. One, they all had some type of education or experience applicable to a business. Second, they actually had ownership in some form of business. Third, they understood how business value led to equity and how to leverage it. Are you on a financial path to use leveraging for wealth?

Nobody has ever made it big with a job. And especially a government job that does not lead to equity ownership. Sure there might be some stock options and experience gained but usually not equity for saving or leveraging. Even a side business is better than no business.

There are many vehicles to get aboard. (some with business value) Some could eventually bring you wealth. Second, Have the end in mind of “business value”. Third, compare a lone cougar to a pack of wolves-who gets the job done?  Being part of a team makes a big difference.  Finally, since a business sells on the average of every 3-5 years: like a home sells every 7 years or car 2.5 years, start with the right tools and processes at first-so you have a business faster than doing something new.
